Sea Breeze Cancelation Policy

1. Cancelation from the Captain

A tour may be canceled by the captain at any time regarding sea and weather situations. If the weather is unfavorable the tour will be canceled for safety reasons. The guests have a right to postpone the trip for another day or receive a refund.
The route may change due to poor weather conditions.
There is a 6-guest minimum. If the minimum is not met, we can postpone the tour for another day.

2. Cancelation from the Guest

Guests must cancel a boat tour 48 hours in advanced to receive a full refund of their deposit.
Guests will keep half of their deposit if canceled 24 hours in advanced.
If a guest cancels within 24 hours of the tour no refund will be given.

3. Failure to Appear

If a guest fails to appear no refund will be given.
If you are running late please call so we can make appropriate decisions for all our guests.
